Work composed of a dance for the Spanish Cerdanya dedicated to Miss Paquita Gelbert Riu and a dance for the French Cerdanya dedicated to Mr. Pedro Casanovas Degollada, lawyer from Puigcerdà.

 

Both are bipartite and formed by contrasting themes, the first in A minor and the second in A minor. Despite referring to the two Cerdanyas in the title he applies the same habanera rhythm.
